HCA Healthcare Capital Division has named Tim Jones the new chief executive officer of Frisbie Memorial Hospital, effective Sept. 1, 2021.
“Tim has a track record for proactively leading organizations through current and anticipated challenges,” said Tim McManus, HCA Healthcare Capital Division president. “He understands the importance of building a strong culture and delivering exceptional employee, physician, and patient engagement. He has also demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships to collaboratively grow service lines and accelerate organizational performance.”
Most recently Jones was the chief executive officer of Encompass Health Corporation, an 80-bed rehabilitation hospital in Springhill, Fla. Prior to that he served in roles including chief operating officer and senior vice president of Concord Hospital in Concord, N.H., where he led operational and safety performance improvements across the health system. Jones also was chief executive officer of Northern Berkshire Healthcare in North Adams, Mass. He started his health care career as a radiation therapist.
Jones earned his Bachelor of Science and his MBA from California State University, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
